Mortgage Hut was recommended to me as a first time buyer, Tony Gashi and Nichola Sherar have been excellent in the mortgage process. They have been very quick to respond to any questions I had and provided me with very regular updates. I have been able to obtain a mortgage offer very quickly. Would highly recommend them both and Mortgage Hut to family and friends.

Working with Fiona as my mortgage advisor was such a great experience. From the start, she was super helpful, friendly, and really knew her stuff. She made the whole process way less stressful than I expected and was always quick to answer my (many) questions. Fiona explained everything clearly, kept me in the loop the whole time, and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to make things as smooth as possible.

Kiran Singh is an absolute credit to the company! We didn’t have the most straightforward case to apply for a morgage with me being on maternity leave among many other variables. She did amazing, and guided us through every stage even when my baby was crying down the phone she supported us the whole time! Within a week we have gotten to a better stage than we imagined, it certainly was a rollercoaster but through Kiran’s amazing role and support we are where we want to be and more! We can’t thank her enough!

Had an initial phone call from The Mortgage Hut yesterday regarding some advice as a first time buyer who has no clue about the house buying process and I genuinely cannot fault this company. We spoke to Fiona who was very informative and explained each and every stage of the process with us and the different options that will be available to us. We were on the phone for just under an hour and I feel like we were really listened to and our opinions and preferences were taken into account when figures were provided to us. We were given some numbers over the phone as well as predicted quotes for solicitors, surveys, etc, and these were also emailed to us. Fiona was very quick to email us after the call and has been very helpful so far in the process. Recommend this company!

We are only in the begining of the application process but initial consultation with Natasha Strath proved to be valuable and insightful. They are easily accessible for consultations. They promised no service fees for NHS and police officers. I will try to update review further along the process. Just finished our house-buying journey with professional help of Mortgage Hut. I had the pleasure of speaking to Kiran it was the initial conversation to discuss my options. As I am new to the journey I made it clear I wanted information only and was speaking to a few brokers to get a feel of how things worked. She spoke professionally and showed an in depth knowledge of the process. There was no pressure or constant messages like some others. I ultimately went with someone else, mainly as when talking about fees I wasn't filled with confidence for me I would rather know exactly what I'm paying but was told a usual price, a if there's a problem price and told more things could be chucked on. As the broker always gets a payment from the lender I couldn't justify it.

So far so good, Daisy has been excellent, taking me through the process step by step. As a result of the quality of her service I am highly likely use the Mortgage Hut for mortgage. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I am currently arranging my remortgage with the Mortgage Hut and this is the second time I have used there services , as they had helped me arrange my initial Mortgage. On both occasions i had correspondence with both Oliver Regester and Nichola Sherar. After discussing my needs they found a mortgage company that would offer me a mortgage at an interest rate I was comfortable with. Nothing was too much trouble and they were both very good at communicating with me , they would always reply to any concern I had (usually the same day). Even on weekends. So overall I had two good and easy experiences using the Mortgage Hut , receiving not only a great service but also some honest financial advance aswell. A++

A few days ago I decided to follow-up one of the promotion emails I received because I liked the overall style of the communication and its general approach. As a result I booked an appointment with Oliver Regester. Bear in mind that I started my search for a new home some time ago, which I had to put on hold for a while due to special personal reasons. As a result I have seen several Mortgage Brokers in the last 2-3 years and to be honest I was expecting one of the same from Oliver. But... my actual meeting with Oliver was a true revelation! Oliver had a unique ability to listen to your individual circumstances and tailor a product to you that fits perfectly. He suggested a mortgage, which we did not even know that it exists, which enables us to move forward without too much burden on our family budget and pursuing the property we like. Possibly too many words in my comment... to describe an excellent service which you should try even if you are convinced that you have found the best product in the market; because frankly before you speak to Oliver and his colleagues, you have not found the perfect product for your circumstances.

We had a handful of properties but could not for the life of us find a provider who would let us borrow on a buy to let mortgage using our properties as collateral. Halifax, Nat west, HSBC, they all took us right to the end and then were shocked to find that they could not use other properties to leverage against. As a last chance salon before we gave up on the dream of a new home we gave The Mortgage Hut a shot and to our surprise Fiona took it personally and went in the look out to FIND us a mortgage. She was determined that she could do it AND SHE DID!!. Great rates and amazing service from start to finish, along with her personal assistant Natasha, who responded immediately every time we had a question. Fiona was great at making us feel listened to and safe, nothing was too much for her and even when we got a little mixed up and confused, she patiently steered us where we should go. All in all a great service ! Would recommend to anyone wanting personalised fast and efficient service.

My initial call with Kieren was really helpful, she was understanding with my situation and asked lots of questions to fully understand how best I could proceed with a mortgage in principle. My follow up call with her was even more positive, where she explained the process and my options clearly, and made me feel at ease in the situation, given I felt a bit out of my depth. She was really kind and personable while also being extremely helpful - I would highly recommend working with her!
